OSNOVNE INFORMACIJE
Organizator tijekom procesa registracije i prijave smještaja nudi nekoliko opcija transfera sudionicima konferencije i pratnjama:
- Aerodrom – hotel, privatni transfer/1 smjer – privatni transfer za maksimalno 3 osobe, uz prethodnu najavu broja osoba
- Hotel – aerodrom, privatni transfer, 1 smjer – privatni transfer za maksimalno 3 osobe, uz prethodnu najavu broja osoba
- Aerodrom – hotel, mjesto u autobusu/ 1 smjer – organizirani transfer busom za prijavljene sudionike, ovisno o datumu i letu Vašeg dolaska
- Hotel – aerodrom, mjesto u autobusu/ 1 smjer – organizirani transfer busom za prijavljene sudionike, ovisno o datumu i letu Vašeg odlaska
Prilikom registracije sudionik ima mogućnost rezervacije transfera, te unosa podataka za te transfere. Važno je da podaci budu ispunjeni ispravno, jer se na temelju dostavljenih kreiraju transferi.
72 sata prije dolaska u Dubrovnik, sudionicima će biti poslan voucher za transfere s kontaktima u slučaju hitnosti.
VAŽNO! Moguća je organizacija privatnih transfera za veće grupe sudionika, a rezervacije se odvijaju putem maila izazov-promjene@penta-zagreb.hr
GENERAL TRANSFER INFORMATION
The organizer offers all participants an option to book a transfer, during the registration process, as it follows:
- Airport – hotel, private transfer/one way – private transfer for maximum 3 people, with a previous announcement of the number of people travelling
- Hotel – airport, private transfer/one way – private transfer for maximum 3 people, with a previous announcement of the number of people travelling
- Airport – hotel, seat on a bus/one way – organized transfer in a bus, according to the date of arrival, and flight number
- Hotel – airport, seat on a bus/one way – organized transfer in a bus, according to the date of departure, and flight number
During the registration process, all participants have an option to book a transfer and insert the requested data. In accordance to the details travel vouchers will be created.
72 hours prior to arrival to Dubrovnik. all participants will receive a transfer voucher with emergency contacts.
