GENERAL TRANSFER INFORMATION

The organizer offers all participants an option to book a transfer, during the registration process, as it follows:

• Airport – hotel, private transfer/one way – private transfer for maximum 3 people, with a previous announcement of the number of people travelling
• Hotel – airport, private transfer/one way – private transfer for maximum 3 people, with a previous announcement of the number of people travelling
• Airport – hotel, seat on a bus/one way – organized transfer in a bus, according to the date of arrival, and flight number
• Hotel – airport, seat on a bus/one way – organized transfer in a bus, according to the date of departure, and flight number

During the registration process, all participants have an option to book a transfer and insert the requested data. In accordance to the details travel vouchers will be created.

72 hours prior to arrival to Dubrovnik. all participants will receive a transfer voucher  with emergency contacts.
