GENERAL CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

  • Early Bird Fee for participants (until August 17th, 2025): 450,00 EUR 
  • Regular Fee for participants (until September 16th, 2025): 500,00 EUR
  • Late Fee for participants (from September 17th 2025): 580,00 EUR
 

The registration fee includes VAT
The registration fee covers all Conference materials, all meals, and social events
The registration fee does not include hotel expenses or travel expenses.

REGISTRATION ACCOMPANYING PERSON:

  • Regular registration person until September 16th: 180,00 EUR
  • Late registration  from September 17th: 240,00 EUR
 

The registration fee includes VAT

The fee does not include participation in the conference lectures and program.
The registration fee does not include hotel expenses or travel expenses.

IMPORTANT:

  • An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a Conference related occupation or field.
  • An accompanying person is 18 years old and older
  • An accompanying person is not a colleague or a person working in a Conference related field or a student in Conference related program may not attend the Conference as an accompanying person

ACCOMMODATION

IMPORTANT

  • Prices in EUR are approximate and are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Accommodation booking is available only for the conference participants
  • All bookings are done via an online system
  • Any cancellation or changes must be sent in writing to the Technical Organizer in an official written notice via letter, fax or e-mail listed in Contacts.

PICAL Resort 5*

  • Single room: 190EUR 
  • Double room: 215 EUR

Hotel PARENTINO 4*

  • Single room: 160 EUR
  • Double room: 190 EUR
 

Online registration is mandatory for all participants, sponsors and speakers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or changes must be sent in writing to the Technical Organizer in an official written notice via letter, fax or e-mail listed in Contacts.

Refund will be granted according to the cancellation dates. No refund will be granted after September 16th, 2026 or in case of an early departure, late arrival or no-show. It is possible to send a substitute participant by sending written notice till September 28th 2025 to the contacts listed in Contacts, with the consent of the Organizer.

If no payment has been received by October 10th, 2025, participation at the Conference will not be possible. Any refund requests received after September 30th  will be processed after the Conference closure.

*The registration fee, accommodation prices and all the other possible expenses are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Registration fee cancellation policy:

  • Registration cancellation before August 17th, 2026: no charges.
  • Registration cancellation from August 18th, 2026 until September 16th, 2026: Organizer will refund the cost of the registration fee minus administrative costs in the amount of 50 EUR per participant.
  • Registration cancellation after September 16th, 2026 will not be possible
 

Accommodation cancellation policy:

  • Accommodation cancellation before August 17th, 2026: no charges.
  • Accommodation cancellation from August 18th, 2026 until September 16th, 2026: cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged.
  • Accommodation cancellation after September 16th 2026, including early departure, late arrival or no-show: cancellation fee 100 % of reserved accommodation.
  • In case of delays for arrival or changes please contact the hotel or the organizer. In case of no show, there is a possibility that the accommodation will no longer be available

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

REGISTRATION

Registration and accommodation booking is done through the online registration system owned by the Penta agency. All personal information entered during the creation of a participant profile will be used exclusively for the purpose of the Conference “Challenge of Change”.

When registering, an order (Proforma invoice) is automatically created based on which payment method is selected.

All participants will receive a confirmation letter with all the services and information connected to the conference after their payment is confirmed.

PAYMENT

All payments for the Conference must be made according to the conditions shown during your registration process.

Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full. 

  • A possible form of payment: credit card and bank transfer.
  • We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Eurocard / MasterCard, and Visa.
    • For online credit card payment, upon providing your personal details in the online form, you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form.
  • For bank payments: please insert the proforma number under the “call number”.
    • All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the total fee.
 

PERSONAL DATA

Data collected through an application process (hereinafter: Application) of the Challenge of Change 2023 (hereinafter:  Conference) can be considered as personal information and subject to protection under the  Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and of the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Dana Protection Regulation) and national legislation that defines the General Data Protection Regulation implementation.

The personal information received in the Application for the Conference is stored safely in PENTA, doo, Zagreb, Isidora Kršnjavoga 25, VAT ID: HR31375495391 (hereinafter: Penta), and by the registration itself each participant is obliged to confirm that their data may be used for the purpose of organizing the Conference in 2019. In the event that the participant does not enter the requested personal information in the application, he will not be able to apply or participate in the Conference.

Your information is provided in the Application on behalf of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a / 22, VAT ID: HR84368186611, and Pension Fund Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies or abbreviated name UMFO, Zagreb, Hektorovićeva ulica 2, VAT ID: HR12088805807, as a joint data processor, collects and processes PENTA, doo, Zagreb, Isidora Kršnjava 25, VAT ID: HR31375495391, as a data processing executive.

By signing, you acknowledge that your information is listed in the Application as true and correct and that you are familiar with the purpose of their collection and processing.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are aware of the right to process at any time from the joint data processor, that is, from each of them you may request access to your personal information, correct or delete your personal data or restrict the processing, and the right to the transferability of your data.

Your rights in relation to the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. as a data processor, you can accomplish by submitting an application (whose form is published on the Burza www.zse.hr website) at the e-mail address rh.eszobfsctd-94b901@akatadop_atitsaz. Information on collecting and processing of personal data by the Exchange is also available in the Privacy Policy of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. available at www.zse.hr. Zagrebačka burza d.d. as the creator of the archival and archive material, in accordance with the Special List of Archival and Records, approved by the Croatian State Archives, keeps the list of participants of the Conference permanently.

Your rights in relation to the Association of Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies as data processor can be accomplished by submitting the request to the following e-mail address: rh.ofmuobfsctd-65085a@ofni.

The Joint Data Processor and Penta as a processor executive apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is secure and protected from unauthorized access, misuse, detection, loss or destruction. Joint Data Processor and Penta as Processor Executive protect your privacy and keep the confidentiality of your personal information collected in accordance with the application. Joint Data Processor will not forward or exchange your personal information with third parties or use it for any purpose except for the purpose stated in the Application. Your Personal Information is forwarded to Authorized Recipients solely for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations arising from participation in the Conference. The List of Authorized Recipients will be updated regularly and will be published on the penta-pco.com protected site. The Data Processor Executive stores deletes or returns your personal data to the Joint Data Processor, in accordance with the order of the individual data processor.

OTHER INFORMATION

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the Conference. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

By applying to the Conference, the participant is aware that Penta and Joint Data Processor will process the photos taken during the Conference to use for their internal and promotional purposes to promote the Conference as their legitimate interest.

 The organizer reserves the right to change the general conditions.
