REGISTRATION PARTICIPANTS 

• The registration fee covers all Conference materials, all meals, and social events
• The registration fee includes VAT
• The registration fee does not include hotel expenses or travel expenses.

REGISTRATION ACCOMPANYING PERSON*

An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a Conference related occupation or field. A colleague or a person working in a Conference related field or a student in Conference related program may not attend the Conference as an accompanying person.

• The registration fee does not include hotel expenses or travel expenses.

IMPORTANT

• A name badge will be provided on-site. Name badges must be visible and used at all times anywhere within the Congress Venue as they will ensure your entrance to the conference areas.
• Prices in EUR are approximate and are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.
• After your registration to the system, you will have an option for individual or group registration. Group registration is for 2 or more participants

• After the completion of the registration process, you will be able to access your user account for any additional registrations, document retrieval or changes.
