LANGUAGE

The official languages of the Conference are Croatian and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

REGISTRATION DESK

Registration and information desk will be located in hotel Lone, Level 1, and it will provide you with all the information related to the venue, the services provided and the conference activities.

Chalenge of Change Conference 2021 is inviting you to join us in Rovinj.

The official venue of the conference is hotel Lone, a business hotel, that is reserved only for the participants of the conference.

We will offer alternative hotel options after the venue hotel Lone is fully booked.

Online registration is mandatory for all participants, sponsors and speakers.

CERTIFICATES

Certificate of attendance will be distributed to all of the participants.

All participants are obligated to have their badge in a visible place, at all times. Participation at the conference and all the social events and meals, will be possible only with a bage which will have your QR code, to be able to trace your participation. All participants are obligated to have a valid EU digital covid certificate, or a PCR test. Please keep in mind that rules might change, in accordance to the latest Croatian regulations.

CURRENCY

The only currency accepted at the Conferences will be the local currency HRK.

INSURANCE / LIABILITY

Participation in this Conference implies that persons/registered conference members agree that the organizers do not assume any liability whatsoever. Upon registration, the Conference members accept this proviso. Challenge of Change Conference cannot be deemed responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen personal belongings and Conference materials.

IMPORTANT

Official conference venue will be photographed during the Conference hours, and the pictures will be used for the purpose of the Challenge of Change promotion.
