Thousands of trails, one goal!
Together for the mental health of children and young people
The “Challenge of Change” conference strives to be socially responsible and support goals that we consider important.
One of them is UNICEF’s traditional humanitarian race the Milky Way, which this year supports the mental health of children and young people!
In Croatia, as many as 44,000 children and young people between the ages of 10 and 19 have mental health problems. The mental health of children and young people is crucial for their development, success in school, building relationships and quality of life.
By participating in the Milky Way, we turn time for our health into support for the mental health of children and young people!
With registration fees on the Milky Way 2023, you donate to the implementation of a program to support the mental health of children and young people in schools called Support Schools, which will ensure:
- Education for more than 450 teachers and other educational experts in order to more successfully recognize mental health problems and provide psychological first aid and support to students.
- Direct work with disadvantaged students through workshops led by teachers in order to create a supportive school environment.
- The program covers more than 13,000 primary and secondary school students.
Register the participation of your company’s teams!
